When my husband was a long-hauler with Covid, I remembered that when I visited Santa Fe in 2000 I had the opportunity to visit El Santuario de Chimayo, near Santa Fe, NM and bring back some "holy dirt"--a handful of sand with healing properties. In the depths of his illness we prayed every morning with the holy dirt, holy water from the Vatican and Reiki. This combination did the trick and Jim recovered. We visited the Sanctuary a few years ago and made a big donation to thank God. This is the beautiful field behind the adobe church.AVAILABLE: Contact for details.

This is the second painting that I've done of the most beautiful place on earth--Sedona, AZ.
SOLD. This painting is a landscape in oils that I created in the studio using one of my photos as reference. Agua Caliente Park is a county park near Tucson. I had lived in Tucson for less than a year when I visited the park and was delighted to find water. We moved here from Florida where I became adept at painting water and palm trees, so I was immediately inspired by this beautiful park.
I first heard of Sedona, AZ, in 1979.Since then I have had the chance to visit 5 times and lucky me, I recently moved to Tucson, only a 3.5 hour drive. Once you visit, you'll never forget the amazing landscape that looks like it's on Mars. Each time I visit I'm in awe of nature, endless skies, red rocks and beautiful sunsets.. In this painting I challenged myself to give the most accurate viewpoint so I kept the hill and tree in the foreground but the focal point remained the red rocks. 24" x 36" Framed. AVAILABLE.
